Running

Well I have been putting in 2 to 3 miles every other day for the last few weeks. It has felt great to get outside to run. I took the kids to the park yesterday while I ran they played on the equipment. The park had a trail around it. The kids had a blast and I got some good exercise. I guess they did too. They were tired and passed out after supper.
